All furniture in the apartment homes are provided, including all living room furniture, a 32" TV, all bedroom furniture with queen-size bed, computer desk, four drawer dresser and nightstand.

Utilities included: High-Speed Internet, Cable including HBO and Showtime, Water/Sewer and an electricity allotment.
